Processing Time 

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is placed.
  • As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Within Singapore

  • Free standard shipping on all orders.
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days.

International Shipping

  • Delivery timeframe: 7–14 business days (depending on location).
  • Shipping rate: Calculated at checkout based on destination.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost or Stolen: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us immediately at [insert email]. We’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.
  • Damaged: Received a damaged item? Kindly email us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the item and packaging.
